Your meal on Saturday was PHENOMENAL. Each appetizer was a work of art, the pasta entree was fabulous, and the deserts were eaten so fast some people didn’t even bother to use plates. I have a living social voucher for a 2 hour BYOB cooking class for 4 people. Is it possible for you to modify any of the classes to have a no meat menu? Would love to learn to make tiramisu. We are free most Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays, except for Oct 10-20. Grazie….Thank you.
Wonderful cooking class at Mario’s on 7/19….made Artichokes Pecorino (were amazing!), Chicken Saltimbocca Alla Romana, and Tiramisu.

Me and four of my girlfriends attended Mario’s cooking class last night and had a wonderful time. We learned about Italy, wines, cooking of course, and a bit about Mario.
