Me and four of my girlfriends attended Mario’s cooking class last night and had a wonderful time. We learned about Italy, wines, cooking of course, and a bit about Mario. Your meal on Saturday was PHENOMENAL. Each appetizer was a work of art, the pasta entree was fabulous, and the deserts were eaten so fast some people didn’t even bother to use plates. I was in Cleveland for a business meeting and Mario catered a dinner for us. He served us appetizer’s himself which were so tasty. The dinner was delicious and his service was impeccable.
Mario prepared a seven course meal for my dad’s 85th birthday. Each course was prepared to perfection. Having the place to ourselves and the ability to bring our own wine was wonderful. I highly recommend Mario for your special event.
I took a cooking class with Mario along with another group of ladies, Mario was great, presentation, awesome food, and a great host a Chef. I will come back for another class or hire him as a private chef. Thank you Mario
